The Fine Print
Please have my provisions at available at the start of our date without my having to verbally request it. This puts me most at ease.
Discretion and Privacy is of the most importance to me. I have no problem signing an NDA or privacy policy prior to our date if that makes you feel more at ease.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that life happens and plans may shift, in the unlikely event that I must cancel, your deposit will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled date. Should you need to reschedule, I’m happy to accommodate within reason, however, once our date is confirmed, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of our scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will require payment of the full balance of our booking.
Should you cancel twice in a row, I may choose to decline further requests or I will require a 50% deposit to confirm any future appointments.
If you are running late and I do not hear from you within 20 minutes of our scheduled start time, the booking will be considered a cancellation, and the appropriate cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation fee is due at the time of cancellation.
