I understand that life happens and plans may shift, in the unlikely event that I must cancel, your deposit will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled date. Should you need to reschedule, I’m happy to accommodate within reason, however, once our date is confirmed, your deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of our scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will require payment of the full balance of our booking. Should you cancel twice in a row, I may choose to decline further requests or I will require a 50% deposit to confirm any future appointments. If you are running late and I do not hear from you within 20 minutes of our scheduled start time, the booking will be considered a cancellation, and the appropriate cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation fee is due at the time of cancellation.
